What Dunner is for

Dunner is for freelancers who hate asking for money. You enter four things — the client name, the amount owed, the days overdue, and the tone — and Dunner returns three ready-to-send reminder emails: friendly, firm, and final. No blank page, no awkward wording, no skipped follow-up.

The four inputs

  • Client — who owes you (e.g. "Acme Co").
  • Amount — one unambiguous figure (e.g. "$1,200").
  • Days overdue — how late (e.g. "14").
  • Tone — Friendly, Firm, or Final.

Dunner uses the tone to pick the right version; you can also ask for all three and choose.

A 60-second example

  1. Open Dunner and enter Client: Acme Co, Amount: $1,200, Days: 14, Tone: Friendly.
  2. Dunner drafts a gentle nudge referencing the invoice and amount.
  3. Switch tone to Firm for the 21-day follow-up, Final for the pre-fee notice.
  4. Copy each into your email client and send on your cadence.

That is the whole workflow — no account setup beyond the plan, no template to maintain.

Why it stays professional

Dunner's copy is built to stay non-confrontational and escalate only with the Final tone. It is a drafting aid, not a collector: you review every email and decide when to send. The result is a consistent, calm cadence that protects the client relationship while keeping your books tidy.
